What services do you provide for hosts?We offer full-service management including marketing, coordinating cleaners, restocking supplies, and handling bed tax payments.

How much do you charge for your services?Our management fee is 20% of the rental income after the deductions of city or borough bed tax fees, cleaning fees, property supplies and laundry costs.

Do I need to provide furnishings and supplies for my property?Yes, properties should be furnished. We have a short term rental checklist that is complete with Amazon links and local resources that will be provided after the process of signing up with our team is complete. We will handle the restocking of perishable supplies such as soaps and linens which are billed monthly.

How do you market my property?We advertise your property on multiple short-term rental websites to maximize visibility; some of those properties are AirBNB, Booking.com, VBRO, Trip Advisor, Host Away, this website, and more.

What kind of properties are you looking for?We specialize in managing properties for out-of-state investors interested in offering short-term rentals. Dry cabins and Efficiency are being limited at the moment.

How often will my property be cleaned?Cleaning is coordinated after each guest's stay to ensure the property is ready for new arrivals.

How do you handle guest communications?We take care of all guest communications, from inquiries and bookings to check-in instructions and support during their stay.

What happens if a guest damages my property?We screen guests prior to booking, but in the rare case of damages, we will manage the claim process with the guest and the insurance provider as well as the platform they booked on.

When and how will I get paid?Payments are processed monthly, and you will receive funds directly to the account of your choice.
