Hello! AK BNB Management L.L.C. was created December 2021 with a child expected in 5 months it was exciting and scary thinking how we would help provide for our family. That's when we thought about how much we loved owning and operating our own STR (Short Term Rental) and how we could do that for others. This started us down the journey of host management. Eventually, we found very successful coaches and took a leap of faith and bought their extensive four-month course. As I started to imagine a path forward as a mother and a business owner I saw the perfect opportunity to help and work with other mothers who have children, but still want to have a career. Slowly, but surely we built a solid foundation and began with cleaning other STR's then moved on to management. We added our partner Nic to our adventure and with more properties came more opportunities to grow and hire our clients and employees that soon became friends who we share the ups, downs and funny memes of life with. Our vision is to host the best Alaskan experiences for our guests and provide a truly passive short-term rental experience for our property owners who get to sit back and collect "mailbox money" or the modern version of direct deposit money".
